"It was our last day in Nairobi and we were looking for a memorable breakfast…Google suggested a few options and we chose Biscotti- disappointing. We liked the menu, we did look at it before coming in. The waitress suggested to have omelette with our dishes…but when the food arrived…No omelette, just fried eggs. We decided to just get on with our food, didnt complain or anything. We understand that mistake could happen, despite the fact that the place was empty, only us and another table having coffee over their meeting. The waitress came to check on us multiple times and asked to give us the bill though we were not yet leaving. After a few minutes of leaving the cheque on the table, she came back to check on us a few more times as if she wanted us to leave. Yep, I didn’t yet finish the coffee but I felt uncomfortable so we left. The food was, in fact, good. But the service ruined everything and we’re not happy. We’re having a few trips back to Nairobi this year but we won’t eat here and won’t recommend."

"I have to say, this is my favorite spot in Nairobi. As a family we started with Beef Sambusa to share. Followed by the Margarita Pizza for the kid, Beef Fatija, Spaghetti & Steak and the Rice and Goat Meat. It was a spectacular lunch. I forgot the Lotus cheesecake is an absolute must have.The only thing that didn't speak to me was the Passion fruit juice for me. However, the staff are amazing humans!"
