It sources beans directly from smallholder farmers and roasts them on site, and its filter coffee is often called among the best in the city. The minimalist, calm space is designed for working, with meeting pods, and the menu covers espresso drinks, filter and cold brew alongside pastries, waffles, salads and light bites.

"If you are a coffee lover, this is the place to visit while in Nairobi! The place has a great atmosphere, excellent food and prices, and best of all very good service! Raymond was our barista and he took us on a coffee journey as he explained why he loves his job, what coffee means to him and how he was preparing us a very special cup of coffee using the chemex and the kalita. The coffee was really good! Raymond’s attention and love for coffee made our experience at Connect that much better! Highly recommend!"
"I’m reviewing the brunch at Connect Coffee in Village Market. The coffee is very good, but I was really disappointed by the amount of single-use plastic they use. Even when dining in, they serve you with plastic cutlery, a plastic cup and a plastic straw. It feels completely at odds with environmental awareness, both because of the unnecessary plastic waste and the growing concerns around microplastics. Such a shame, because the food and coffee are good, but I really wish their values reflected more awareness of these issues."
