The Mayura is an Indian restaurant at The Hub in Karen, part of a small group that also runs Mayura Junction and MayuraLite in Westlands. The kitchen focuses on North Indian favourites, with tandoori chicken wings and fish amritsari to start, lamb chops and mixed grill platters from the tandoor, and rich curries with naan. Staff are happy to recommend dishes, and it's a popular choice for family meals.
"I came with my family we warmly welcomed by Gabriel and made us comfortable..... He prepared a place for seven people and he also gave us some good suggestions for starters fish amristari and tandoori chicken wings and also suggest some pepper wings.... We enjoyed the starters and he also suggested mayura punch for the my kid..............he suggested a new dish chicken rara which was delicious we did enjoy very much"
"Absolutely fantastic 🤩 and outstanding experience at this Indian restaurant. This is what Indian food should taste like!! Ignore that bad review below. This food was out of this world. The customer service is amazing! 😍 The Chicken Corn Soup was amazing. I cannot complain anything about this restaurant. The Head Chef (Indian) came around confirming. I let him know the food was FANTASTIC 😊! It really is. I was loosing faith in Kenya restaurants and places to eat, but this place restored my faith and happiness. I will definitely visit again and I highly recommend eating outside near the grass area. It was super relaxing."
"A place while visiting Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, to get a taste of Indian food. The taste of the food we tried here were authentic. The food were delicious, tasty. The price was a bit on the higher side. The service was a bit slow, but we were not in a hurry, so we enjoyed the time spent here. Had an interaction with the Indian chef and he had a pleasing personality. Highly recommended during stay in Nairobi."
